Vine Cottage
Vine Cottage is a delightful little house that offers complete luxury for two guests. Restored and equipped to a very high standard, it is kept very cosy with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.
The Cottage has wonderful views across the valley, looking down onto an ornamental pond and a trout stream which are a haven for wildlife - herons, moorhens, ducks and geese regularly drop in.

The living area, which focuses on an original stone fireplace, is fully carpeted and offers comfortable seating for 3 with a sofa and an armchair. Built-in wine storage racks; satellite TV and DVD player; Persian rug; a small oak dining table for 2 and a 3-seat breakfast bar; French windows, offering great views along the picturesque valley, open out onto a stone terrace.
The Kitchen is well-equipped with induction hob, electric oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Emma Bridgewater crockery and a full range of kitchen utensils. Black granite worktops and slate floors. Under stairs door to washer/drier and oil fired boiler.

Teak floors with large Persian carpet in the bedroom. King-sized Vispring double bed; oak bedside tables with drawers; TV with Sky+ HD and DVD player; spacious built-in wardrobes and drawers. Oak door leading to the Bathroom.
The Bathroom is bright and spacious - white floor tiles; equipped with a full-sized bath with shower above, and hand shower; glass shower partition; large designer basin; WC; bidet; cupboards. Velux window.

Stone terrace with small flower beds and ornamental pots. Heavy wrought iron table and 4 chairs. Views across small newly-planted vineyard along the stream that runs along the valley. Ample parking for 2 cars.
