Coombe Farmhouse offers spacious accommodation for up to 12 guests, with booking options 6, 8, or 12. High ceilings and cosy log fires in the living room, dining room and kitchen, with teak flooring and beautiful Persian carpets give the place a lavish feel throughout. The 12-seater cinema, with real cinema seats, a popcorn maker and a wide selection of DVDs is a great hit with children - and adults. Outside, stone terraces offer great places for alfresco dining and barbeques. The main courtyard is a wonderful sun trap.
The Main Barn includes all the living rooms and cinema, plus accommodation for 6 in a double and 2 twin bedrooms. This is the option for 6 guests.
Ground floor: 2 twin bedrooms and 1 king-size double bedroom (all with en-suite bathrooms with showers) and flat-screen TVs with independent Freesat receivers); Laundry room with 2 washing machines, drier and ironing facilities; Storage cupboard; Hallway; Stairs leading to the first floor.

12-Seat Cinema: The Home DVD Cinema room is fitted with HiFi surround sound speakers, overhead projector and an 8' x 5' screen. There is a large selection of films for all ages and tastes. To add to the cinema atmosphere, we have provided a traditional popcorn maker.

The Attached Barn provides an additional double bedroom to the Main Barn for 8 guests
First floor: Glazed walkway to a private and spacious double bedroom, with king-sized bed; teak floors; large en-suite bathroom and separate shower. French window leading to a private terrace.
Ground Floor: Indoor heated 25 ft swimming pool, with patio doors which open onto the courtyard garden. Availanble for all bookings.
Outside: The maintained gardens overlooking the stream one side and views over the vineyard the other are perfect for relaxing in the summer, especially with the addition of the Webber BBQ.

The Cart Shed provides accommodation for 4, for a total of 12 guests.
Private accommodation and garden about 8 metres from the Kitchen French windows, along a gravel path - Large double bedroom and a twin bedroom, linked by shared en-suite bathroom and shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs with independent Freesat receivers.
